• 1 1/2 #'s chunked chicken breasts floured
  • 8 oz Butter
  • 2 TBSP Chopped Garlic
  • 1 1/2 lbs Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • Approx. 12 Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Mushroom Broth
  • Pinch Pepper
  • 2 tsp Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tsp Fresh Basil
  • 2 TBSP Chicken Base
In a sautee pan, melt the butter, add the garlic, chicken, mushrooms, and cook until the chicken is done on both sides. Add the white wine and cook for 3-4 minutes to cook out the alcohol. Add the sundried tomatoes, mushroom broth, and chicken base and cook an additional 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle in the parsley and basil and put over your favorite pasta.
